French Retreat

September 23rd-26th

SOUL SURRENDER RETREAT

 

Join us in the beautiful South of France for our first ever residential retreat. This September we will be heading to the picturesque French countryside for 3 transformational days of our Soul Surrender Retreat. Using yoga, meditation, breath work, sound healing plus coaching sessions with Natalie and Mark, this retreat will teach you a range of wellness tools to take control of your own personal journey when you return home.

We will arrive Friday 23rd and return on Monday 26th September 2022 , 3 days to relax in the Autumn sunshine at our exclusive French country home in Yviers (near Bordeaux). 

No experience is needed as all the session are catered for complete beginners. Our retreat will take you on a journey of self discovery, a chance to listen to self, connecting back to nature and the true you. Plus lots of time to relax, laugh, connect with like minded people and take in the beauty of the surroundings.

ACCOMMODATION

The bedrooms can accommodate up to 13 people sharing, (although 12 people is usually preferable). The bedrooms are arranged on two floors. Upstairs bedrooms are all twins, each very different in style all with a deep oak window seats. Downstairs there is one double room, one twin room and one 'family room', ie a double and a single bed, and all have French doors onto a patio. Rooms are available on a shared or single occupancy.

 

When these rooms are filled there are also five bedrooms in the main house. There is one double with an en-suite and 

four twin rooms sharing 2 bathrooms plus separate toilet.

Mornings:  Start the day with a gentle Yoga morning and mobility flow. 

 

Breakfast

 

Free time or optional activity.

 

Lunch

Afternoons:  Workshop with Natalie and Mark. 

Early evening: Breath Work, Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath.

Dinner

Fire circle and connection.

MEET THE TEAM

NATALIE 

Natalie's passion for wellness began during her own healing journey. After years of struggling with anxiety she found exercise helped her escape from the symptoms and effects of stress on the body mentally and physically.

She found a love for health and fitness continuing on to teach Bootcamps throughout Teesside and Newcastle helping people improve their wellness.

After attending her first Yoga class. Working on connecting the mind and body on a deeper level Natalie knew this was the missing piece to the puzzle. Complete Mind body and Soul healing.

These experiences deepened her passion for Physcology and she trained to be a NLP Practitioner in January 2019 to help others find freedom from the same struggles. Natalie uses a mix of yoga, fitness and coaching to help her students connect their experiences using a combination of techniques designed to balance mind, body and soul.

Natalie holds qualifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Meditation, Reiki Level 3, Gym Instructing  and is a 200hr qualified Yoga Teacher.

MARK

Mark's passion for Physical & Mental Wellbeing began from a young age and became a career leading to 20 years experience helping people find their way onto their own wellbeing journey.


During his career he has been involved in a wide range of educational roles often being used for his expertise in Health & Fitness. To date Mark has been the chosen expert to teach Youths on the benefits of Exercise & Nutrition to promote Mental Health on a documentary that was featured on BBC Three and also shared his wealth of knowledge as a guest on BBC Radio on numerous occasions. 

 

Continuing as an advocate for wellness he began delivering seminars in the Corporate World to promote improved wellbeing in the work place, both in the UK and abroad and worked with professional Footballers on their Strength & Conditioning.​

As Mark's career has progressed, he has enjoyed exploring alternative Wellbeing tools such as Journaling, Nutrition and Breath Work to compliment movement using a mix of movement, fitness, breathing, and coaching to help our clients to balance mind, body and soul.

Mark holds qualifications in Gym Instructing, Personal Fitness Coaching and has been a business owner of two successful Health & Fitness ventures leading him to respected roles within large National companies as General Manager.

  • 1 x Rest & Reset Workshop, Yin and Yoga Nidra 

  • 1 x Wellness Walk 

  • Transfer from Bordeaux airport or from Chalais train station (one set time so co-ordination required)

  • Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters

We have a few optional extras that can be arranged including horse riding, bike hire and Reiki Healing sessions.

FLIGHTS:

We have found some really reasonably priced flights which will keep the cost down and more accessible to more people.

Manchester Airport is the best option with flights ranging from £103 to £200. We will be flying from Manchester and you are more than welcome to join us on the journey to and from.

We will keep you informed of when we will be booking the flights and try co-ordinate together at the time if travelling from North East England.
